Cooked the following recipe out on the grill tonight!! YUM!!
and so very easy. Fresh basil from the garden and a whole wheat couscous from Trader Joe's!

This was a great dinner that was enjoyed by our family last night. I cooked it as was described and oh, it was a hit. I split each hen and mounded roasted veggies in the middle on each plate. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
