Hello: My name is Ian. I used to run, but then forgot how to. Anyhow, I stumbled across this site when deciding to re-learn how to run. It seems like a very nice site, if a little bit underutilized.

Maybe we could rename it to www.ihatesquirrels.com to generate a bit more traffic.

I have recently re-learned how to run and am trying to progress in the running techniques once again. Amazing how 10 years makes a difference. Shocked

Hi I'm Michelle and I got this email recently:

Thank you!

You are now registered for the 2015 Rock 'n' Roll New Orleans Marathon & 1/2 Marathon. Please check the event website for updates.

Does the extra space between "the" and "event" have any significant bearing on which training program I should use?

Oh and does this mean I have to run both the "Marathon & 1/2 Marathon"?

Gosh I don't know anyone in New Orleans I hope it's not lonely running there Smile

Hi. My name is Tom. I used to run a lot. I also used to post too much on this very website. Now I am trying to run again. Not so easy, but getting better.

Out of all the places I visited over the years on the web, this was always my favorite. Maybe because I've met so many of you in person, maybe because it just seemed like everyone pretty much acted the same here as they would in person.

I miss running a lot. I miss this place cracking me up.
